Managing Member

Improvements Manager

Cody is a finish grade improvements professional with over 20 years’ experience including finish and rough grade, paving, on-site and off-site street improvements. His role as improvements manager includes continuous monitoring for inspections, testing and quality control operations ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards and customer specifications.

Cody’s career includes working as a laborer, rough and finish equipment operator, paving crew equipment operator, foreman, and superintendent. His project roster includes numerous apartment complexes, housing tracts, commercial projects such as the  Terrible’s Super Center at the Nevada/California border, and street improvement projects such as Cadence, Inspirada and Skye Canyon.

Cody works diligently to ensure that project results meet customer, governmental and company needs in a cost-effective manner.

NEIL BARLOW

Neil is responsible for preforming take off cost analysis, pricing on new projects, as well as evaluating changes and upkeep of job schedules. He also reviews bids offered by subcontractors in order to choose the most cost effective option.

Neil's 20+ years experience in construction started when he was 22 years old, running a waterpull. Soon after, he transitioned into operating heavy equipment and running his own jobs - naturally leading him into take off work. Spending over 10 years in the field, He has a deep understanding of the all around work it takes to start and complete a job. 

Neil is a logical and analytical thinker, benefitting our company and our clients because he is able to easily visualize and offer cost sharing solutions.

TIM SESSIONS

Tim is responsible for collecting and analyzing data in order to estimate the time, money, materials, and labor required to run each of our jobs. He handles his own earthwork quantity take off, manages his own billings, collections and public relations, as well as creating detailed technical plans or drawings for each of his jobs.He reviews bids offered by subcontractors in order to choose the most cost effective option.

 

Tim's 18+ years experience in take off work includes fluency in all Agtek programs, Quest and GPS Modeling. A key highlight in his career being project management on the NDOT freeway expansion, ultimately giving him experience in PR with public officials. 

Tim works best under pressure and welcomes the challenges of his deadlines. He enjoys involving the builder in the engineering and budgeting of his jobs.

BOBBY BRIDGES

Paving Superintendent

Bobby is responsible for managing his paving crew of 10 to 12 workers, supervising all paving on all jobs and calculating the number of trucks required to haul the asphalt from the mix plant according to the capacity of vehicles, traffic conditions and the distance from the work site.

Bobby started his career in paving at the age of 18, working for Industrial Construction. At the age of 20 he became a paving operator, quickly moving his way up to a paving superintendent.

Always with our customers in mind, Bobby keeps himself and his crew organized and always does what he can to be cost and time efficient.

ERIC EIGENRAUCH

Eric is responsible for all accounting functions for our company, specializing in generating and maximizing revenue. His areas of responsibilty include Finance, Auditing, Cash Management, Compliance, Taxation, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. 

Eric has over 10 years' experience in Accounting and Finance in the transportation industry as well as the construction industry. Eric's diverse skill set has enabled him to successfully contribute in a variety of roles, including revenue management and project management. Eric earned his Bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL. 

Eric is a strong team-builder and team player who leads by example and often provides motivation and support to other departments. 

Eric is an active member of Vistage International.

NIKKI HOWIE

Contract Administration Manager

Nikki offers over 23 years work experience in heavy, commercial and multi-family for public, non-profit and privately funded construction projects. 

Nikki's work backround in construction contract administration includes contract administrator, purchasing agent, budgeting, planning and construction contract preparation. 

Her contract administration experience includes working for both contractors and home builders in the planning of new public projects, commercial and residential developments, governmental, educational, commercial and residential rehabilitation, administer records management programs, maintain budget tracking reports and organize contract compliance documentation. 

CAROL BURPEE

Carol is responsible for all human resource functions for the company. Her areas of responsibility include recruitment and retention, Total Rewards (classification and compensation, benefits, and employee engagement), employee relations, payroll, compliance and immigration services, and HR information management. 

Carol's 20 plus years in Human Resources includes experience in the hospitality and gaming industry as well as the construction industry, specializing in growth organizational development. She has previously worked for MGM Resorts International at the property level and corporate level in Employee Relations and Absence Management.​

Carol has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Marty has over 25 years of experience in the civil construction industry in the Greater Las Vegas area. He is responsible for overseeing the operations at Patriot Contractors.

Marty's experience in education enables Patriot Contractors to perform on many types of projects from residential, commercial and public works. Marty is often consulted in difficult and complex projects to assist developers offering the most efficient and economical ways to construct their projects.

Marty has an unwavering commitment to customer service. He consistently uses exceptional "outside the box" problem-solving skills to bring practical solutions to every situation. More importantly, he communicates and instills this same commitment to his team, developing them into a cohesive, productive staff that produces quality, on-time projects for our customers. 

RICH JENSEN

Operations Manager

Rich is a construction superintendent with over 20 years of experience in overseeing all phases of multi-million dollar grading and paving construction for over 200 government, private and commercial-sector projects. His responsibilities include management of multiple crews of up to 50 and in land development improvements, including multiple national home builders in the Las Vegas Valley. 

He is backed by a history of on-time, on-budget and high-quality completions. A few projects to highlight his career include The Lower Blue Diamond Detention Basin, Equestrian Detention Basin Levee, V16 Hualapai Detention Basin, Horseman's Park, Lake Mead Trail, Cornerstone Park, Westin Hills and The Badlands Country Club. 

Rich spends a lot of time improving job schedules and diligently works hard to best accomplish the benefit of Patriot and our customers so that we all progress. 

STEVE DYSON

Operations Manager

Steve is a construction manager with over 20 years' experience including surveying, rough and finish grade, and on & off-site street improvements. His duties have included Quality Assurance and Quality Control on various projects.

Steve started out as a laborer, worked through the ranks, and ended as a project superintendent. Positions included laborer, for grading, underground and paving operations, grade checker, survey party chief, project foreman, superintendent, and project superintendent. 

A few projects to highlight his career include Angel Park Detention Basin, Nellis AFB Golf Course Imp., I-15 McCarran Airport Improvements, Don Edwards Wildlife Refuge, Red Rock Country Club, Cheyenne Water Detention Basin, Wetland Park Weir Structures, and the Sunset Park Improvements. 

Steve's certifications include HDPE Pipe Electro Fusion, AGC Courses on Project Management, AGC Safety Courses, OSHA 30, MSHA Training, Responsible Person for Trench Shoring, Lorman Training Seminars on construction change orders, Lien Rights, Construction Management, and Prevailing Wage Laws.
